We hope you never have to return your items but we like to put procedures in place incase these issues do arise. If you need to return leggings, a hoodie or any other item please fill in the form in the 'Customer Care' section of the site and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

 

Please note - You are responsible for the postal fee of sending item(s) back to us for a return. You can send your parcel back via 1st or 2nd class with Royal Mail ONLY.

Your return must also be in the original plastic packaging to keep the leggings clean. 

 We do not offer exchanges.

Clearance Section - All items purchased from the clearance section are non-returnable​

R E T U R N S  P O L I C Y

You have 20 days to return your items from the date the order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. If they have the following - signs of wear, stains, damage or if they have been washed we can not accept them.

Once our team have inspected the returned product, we will contact you and process the refund via the method you used to pay. 

​

Please allow up to 5 days for refunds to be processed.

​All orders placed from Monday 18th of November 2024 will be covered by our Christmas returns policy.

​

We are extending our return period until Sunday the 5th of January 2025 - This will allow extra time for gifts to returned if they aren't suitable.
