How to return an item
We hope you never have to return your items but we like to put procedures in place incase these issues do arise. If you need to return leggings, a hoodie or any other item please fill in the form in the 'Customer Care' section of the site and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note - You are responsible for the postal fee of sending item(s) back to us for a return. You can send it via 1st or 2nd class.
Your return must also be in the original plastic packaging to keep the leggings clean.
We do not offer exchanges.
Returns Policy
You have 20 days to return your items from the date the order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. If they have the following - signs of wear, stains, damage or if they have been washed we can not accept them.
Once our team have inspected the returned product, we will contact you and process the refund via the method you used to pay.
Please allow up to 5 days for refunds to be processed.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We know a lot of you will be shopping with us for gifts so we will be extending our returns policy for all orders placed between 20th Nov - 24th Dec until the 7th of Jan.
